George was known for his deep knowledge, steady leadership, and lifelong commitment to wildlife conservation, earning the respect of biologists and conservation partners throughout the West. This scholarship supports students pursuing degrees in wildlife sciences who are committed to the conservation and long-term health of bighorn sheep and other wildlife species.
